DIY Farmhouse Bedroom Makeover – Chalk Painted Shelves
First, I tried to buy floating Farmhouse shelves online. They arrived damaged (shown here), so I was refunded and had to send them back. They were some kind of plastic-coated non-wood that I wasn’t thrilled with. Especially since they were really expensive!
So, I headed to my local thrift store and found three floating shelves. They don’t match, but they’re not too far off. Best of all, they were under $10 for all! And, I painted them the same color using my Homemade Chalk Paint Recipe. So, you’d never know they weren’t a match!
